En voiture: Depuis Bordeaux, vous empruntez l’autoroute A63 puis l’A66 sortie Mios / Biscarrosse. Suivre Sanguinet, Biscarrosse. Depuis Bayonne, vous empruntez l’autoroute direction Bordeaux sur environ 90 km jusqu'à la Sortie Parentis/ Labouheyre.

En train: Les gares les plus proches sont Ychoux à 25 mn, Arcachon à 30 mn, Facture-Biganos à 40 mn, Bordeaux à 1h.

En bus: La ligne XLR n°11 relie la gare d’Ychoux aux communes de Parentis, Biscarrosse ville et Sanguinet toute l’année du lundi au samedi (sauf les jours fériés). En Juillet et Aout, uniquement les samedis et dimanches, La ligne XLR n°46 relie la gare d’Arcachon à Biscarrosse plage, lac, ville et Parentis.
